Happyeasygo.com - Airline ticket booking fraud

I booked a ticket from AMD-PAT for *rd August **** through happy easygo.com. while booking ticket they give you option of chosing free reschedule plan for which they charge extra money for that. Free Reschedule option says that u will have to pay only fare difference charge while rescheduling. While Airline penalty and any other service charge will be exempted. I chose that plan and paid the extra amount for that. Now i am asking them to reschedule my flight for **th of july. For this i am getting penalty of **** rs. They are asking me to pay this much amount. This includes Airline Fee-****, Fare diff-****, and HEG service charge-***. Although i should not be charged this Airline fee and HEG service, but see they are charging me Rs **** as fare difference. While Rs **** is the actual cost of booking a new ticket for the same day.
Thats why i would like to file a complaint against Happyeasygo for their fraud. I have called their customer care no and they are not resolving the issue. I have the call record for the same. I requested them for rescheduling on **/**/****. Two days already passed.
