मैंने ** जुलाई **** को ₹**** का UPI डिपॉज़िट Mostbet अकाउंट में किया था। ट्रांज़ेक्शन बैंक की तरफ से सफल दिखा रहा है (UTR: ************), लेकिन आज तक (* दिन बाद भी) पैसे मेरे Mostbet अकाउंट में क्रेडिट नहीं हुए हैं।

मैंने सभी जरूरी डिटेल्स जैसे कि:

UPI ID: narmadadisposel**@indianbk

UTR नंबर: ************

तारीख और समय: ** जुलाई ****, दोपहर **:** बजे

भुगतान का स्क्रीनशॉट
...इन सबको india@mostbet.com और support@mostbet.com को कई बार ईमेल किया।

लेकिन हर बार ऑटोमैटिक जवाब ही आता है, कोई वास्तविक समाधान या इंसानी रिप्लाई अब तक नहीं मिला है। यह व्यवहार गैर-जिम्मेदाराना और ग्राहकों के साथ धोखा है।

मैंने Trustpilot पर भी शिकायत दर्ज की है और अब मैं Voxya के माध्यम से इस मामले को सार्वजनिक रूप से उठाना चाहता हूँ।
