I had my approved Driving License in Zoom car app back in **** Delhi RTO. After I booked their car they allowed me to do so.
In morning I was about to leave for my urgent work. These crooks with so called Customer care called and asked they cannot approve my license as it's of Delhi and they cannot provide any alternate options at end moment. Now, I had left with no option totally **th Feb plan was ruined by these Crooks. How come they challenged our GOI by laws. As per Delhi gov. My license is valid throughout India. How come this Zoom car fellow people's set policies to approve or reject License. Are they federal system or Entity operating?
I am going to file legal suite against their hassles and their rude non attending customer base. Wait and watch.
