Hi,
Mobikwik has charged me Rs ** for their Zip services which i do not wish to use.
I even raised a compliant on their portal but still they are not ready to accept, they are saying this will affect by credit score if i dont pay.
Why should i pay for something i dont want to use.
I request you to kindly look into this matter
