Mobikiwik - Cancelled order refund amount not credited

I have purchased some good in myntra.com paid through mobikwik wallet. Later cancelled order in myntra.com. I have received a message from myntra that refund amount is credited to mobikwik bank account. But when I check mobikwik wallet refund amount is not showing. I tried to contact mobikwik customer care service but not responding to calls
