Hi Sir,
On ** February ****, there was * suspicious transactions done on my MobiKwik ZIP wallet attached to ********** without my consent, OTP, or any type of Authentication.
The * transactions were made immediately within few seconds. I had raised the issue several times via the MobiKwik app but now MobiKwik has disabled the account, and it is not accessible.
I havd emailed on grievance@mobikwik.com and fraudalerts@mobikwik.com email id and called them several times but to no avail.
I never got any further response on this till today and now I have received an email on my email that payment is due(Rs.****.**).The amount was deducted fraudulently on Saturday Night. These transactions are fraud and are done without my consent or Authentication or OTP and not done through my device as well. One of transactions was reversed but other is yet to be reversed despite me raising a fraud complaint several times on the App.
Please find the details below and take the immediate action on MobiKwik

PFA the email message sent by after many requests via their APP and legal notice sent via WhatsApp received from MobiKwik on the fraud transaction.
Please direct MobiKwik to refund the amount(Rs. ****.**) and close my account permanently.
