ZestMoney - ZestMoney not giving REFUND

I booked a ticket from makemytrip using zestmoney bolt on **th sept **** and i paid the zestmoney right away but one of train ticket was on waiting so i had to cancel and makemytrip refunded my money on the same day to wallet and i transferred it to source account which was zestmoney and in app it shows that refund recieved and down to it shows that settles to bank account but they never refunded my money since *.* month almost. i take follow-up daily on mail and in call as well. they mail me same copy-paste thing that they don't want to see their customer unhappy and working their best, whatever i write to them they just copy-paste the same thing without even listening and their calling centre is even worse, they admit they received the refund but can't help because refund only handles by their finance team and they always say we have forwarded your issue and refund will come in *-* days, same talk everytime. this is my money and i have to beg every day. HELP PLEASE
