ZestMoney - ZestMoney is failed to Refund amount

i booked flight tickets on gobibo on **th September **** and used zestMoney as pay later wallet to pay the amount . So after payment completion I got mail from Goibio stating that because of bad server tickets got cancelled and *** amount will refund back to the zestMoney. But before getting this mail. I already repaid all the loan amount along with process fee which *****.** rs. So zest money received payment from my side as well as refund from Goibio. So I requested them for refund by sharing all the details like statement , transaction details , Goibio cancellation mail. On the next day . But Till date i didn't recieve any refund proceed response from zestMoney. This is the complete case of ignorance of customer request and playing with the customer patience. I reached out to their customer support multiple times but they keep saying just wait for ** hours u will receive mail from customers support. But its been * days still i didn't get any refund tracking mail from zestMoney
