Yatra Com - Yatra is not providing refund for the tickets canceled through Indigo Airlines Yatra com

I Have Booked Indigo Flight Tickets With PNR No. GHP*NV (**th January) ***** Rs. And GP**GN (**th January) ***** Rs. From Yatra.Com. Indigo Has Canceled The Above Flights And I Contacted Them, So They Confirmed Me That They Have Refunded Total Amount Of The Tickets To Yatra And Yatra Will Provide Me The Refund. As Per The Yatra Policy If Airlines Canceled The Tickets I.E. Indigo Has Canceled The Ticket Then The Consumer Should Get The Full Refund. Yatra Has Only Provided Refund Of ***** Rs. (GHP*NV) And ***** Rs. (GP**GN) Only After I Have Made Complaint To Voxya. Yatra Doesn't Pick Calls On Their Customer Care Number And Only Reply To Emails Very Late. I Have Attached All The Screenshots. Please Help Me To Get My Refund Back From Yatra.
Yatra Replied "Dear Mansi, Greetings from Yatra.com! We charge a convenience fee for the overall assistance we provided to our customers. Please know that the convenience fee is a standard industry practice and it is a non-refundable charge. Kindly note as the flight got canceled by the airline, But Yatra services were used for the booking and later for the refund and cancelation protection amount was paid by the passenger to secure his refund in case she/he wishes to cancel the booking due to some unavoidable circumstances, so cancelation charges can be claimed. @ Please note the same is mentioned under TnCs on the website.".
Yatra please share the link of your TnC. When I have booked the flight then you have not taken my consent for any TnC. Then how can you impose any ridiculous TnC on the common man. I have a family to feed and I have earned this money with so much hard work. Why Should I Bear The Loss Of **** Rs.
It's My Hard Earned Money. Yatra Is Harassing Me Mentally A Lot For This Refund Issue.
Please Refund My Hard Earned Money in this complaint only otherwise I have to take legal actions.
