I have booked Indigo flight tickets with PNR No. GHP*NV (**th January) ***** Rs. and GP**GN (**th January) ***** Rs. from Yatra.com. Indigo has canceled the above flights and I contacted them, so they confirmed me that they have refunded total amount of the tickets to Yatra and Yatra will provide me the refund. As per the Yatra policy if Airlines canceled the tickets i.e. Indigo has canceled the ticket then the consumer should get the full refund. Yatra has only provided refund of **** Rs. (GHP*NV) and **** Rs. (GP**GN). Yatra doesn't pick calls on their customer care number and only reply to emails very late. I have attached their latest email. Please help me to get my refund back from Yatra.
