I am writing to address an issue I have encountered with a recent purchase from Xiaomi. I ordered the Xiaomi Pad * keyboard, believing it to be compatible with my Xiaomi Pad * tablet, as both devices are similar in design and specifications. However, upon receiving the product, I have discovered that it is not compatible with my Xiaomi Pad * tablet.
I would like to request assistance in resolving this issue. My preference would be to return or replace the Xiaomi Pad * keyboard with the Xiaomi Pad * keyboard, which I believe would be compatible with my tablet.
Could you please provide guidance on the process for returning or replacing the Xiaomi Pad * keyboard and acquiring the Xiaomi Pad * keyboard? Its totally waste by keeping the keyboard which is not at all compatible with my tablet.
