I change my phone folder ( Poco M*) when i submit my phone my phone is still working All the parts of the phone were working but when I received the phone, the finger print option of my phone disappeared from the software and when I complained about it, they said that the finger print was already not running.
After that they are saying that the finger print chip is damaged.
I want to solve this query.
& I want to file complain on working staff.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
