I gave my device(redmi note ** pro ) to be repaired at a authorised service center because there was a issue with the software which was on the update and so they told me they would change the motherboard for that and they did that and took about a month for that i collected my device today and the fingerprint sensor was not working anymore i told them that and they told me it won't because its color had faded a bit , that sensor which was working fine with no issue whatsoever was not working after they changed the motherboard, and also they never told me that there was a issue with fingerprint sensor they are also saying that it would work with the old motherboard but not with the new one and the service center is no help either .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
