- Xiaomi Fraud against my mobile service Open
I was facing an issue in my phone: headphones are not connecting,for which i have submitted my phone in karnal service center addr.Shop NO.** Mela Ram School Market,on ** march i have submitted my phone, by then every time new issues are arising like frequently phone restarting,Yellowish display,headphones are not conn.They have generated around * job sheets for it,and they are closing every job sheet without any signature of the customer.Then their customer service center persons behaviour is very poor.They talk like why they will replace the part cost of ****/- in warranty period.Their service center person called me to take the phone and after reaching there they told me they will give the phone after ** days and they will generate *.* lakh job sheets for the same issue as it is there right, which leads to mental harrasment.I have also registered complaint to your head office via online chat service,sending letter to their registered address,email and also called several times, my complaint no.s are ******-****** ,******-****** but no appropriate response.Rather they replied me after comfirming the service center that i have taken my phone from the service center.
I have also consulted the consumer helpline online, they guided me to file a complaint in consumer court for further action(Complaint no.:-****** ).
Its being about ** days and they are not able to repair it, So i want refund.My last * job sheet no.s are WXIN***********,WXIN*************,WXIN*************.
My previous IMEI no. is *************** and new one **************.
