I have ordered for scotch brite medium size on **th June **** via order number: *********. But it was canceled and redirected to different merchant. The product is sent was different which I dont want. The order i received was RAGE GAZE Rubber gloves. This is very pathetic on snapdeal to take order on one product and send another product without giving any intemation.
When I raised the complaint in customer care they say that gloves are in non returnable. That's why they can't process. If that's the case they could have asked me before. If the customer wants the product of that company or not. This is very unprofessional on snapdeal part. The amount may be small but the way they responding and doing nonsense things I'm annoyed.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
