During lockdown ShopClues had not provided reverse pickup. They suggest me to return the parcel myself and they will pay me up to ***/- as a courier charges. I have returned the parcel on dated **.o*.**** at their given address and they have received the parcel sucessfully but they are not agree to give me my courier charges. I have sent many complaints via email regarding this matter but I didn't received any amount till now.
