Uber Eats India - Wrong way of collecting amount

I have placed a order wherein it was mistakenly placed at my office address wherein i requested to change but they was not ok with it so i requested my friend to collect the order, by the times he could reach it was shown as order got cancelled & amount has been deducted, immediately called up contact center of uber eats, one of the representative Mr Ujjawal informed not to worry the amount would be refunded with couple of Hrs, after waiting for ** hrs i didn't receive any sort of refund so again i called up the contact center, they informed that refund cannot be processed. Now i want to if company does mistake they compensate by refunding the amount, but for my case they are things are ruining according to their favour.
