I have ordered dress in Lopore.com, Once paid using credit card. my order details were not present in my login, contacted via email and sent payment screenshots. Then they sent items with wrong sizes and missing pants as they are in pictures. Informed Lopore got email to send a screenshots of items. Requested refund or replacement via email, no response from Lopore.com.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
