I bought two kurtas from the site in October ****. The fabric was not upto mark. I returned the product but never got the refund. I filed a complaint to their customer service. Neither did they return any points in my Lopore wallet as promised nor gave me back the amount that I requested. Till date I got no response from them and the mails were undelivered henceforth.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
