i bought clothes from shopclues and havent received the right sizes.Have adhered to their refund and exchange policy umpteen times. they always send the address and phone no. of the vendor to solve the issue, but give no direct responsibility to him to exchange the product without their leg in. The exchanges are made through shopclues, but no one is talking to me on the phone. One call comes as a missed call, then they give up.I have to chase the vendor who shirks the responsibility, directs me back to shopclues who is unavailable on the phone and is insistent on cluesbucks and exchange cycle, not ensuring the error of the vendor! What is the use of talking to the vendor when he doesnt know anything, is just a puppet? I have the wrong size clothes and every exchange is wrong, and shopclues is frozen in its politeness."Golden creative" the vendor who sent me a kurti combo wrong size twice, and before that a shirt and a red dress, came all wrong sizes I had to give away! This time the kurtis arrived without placing the order and they didnt know how? Then I asked golden creative to please send the right size kurtis and take the wrong ones at my door but it seems shopclues intervenes with its internet policy of refund and exchanges without ensuring effective product delivery.If the evndors address and phone no. are pasted on the package, he should be responsible for the exchange completely, why am i going around in circles? please see to it that this matter is resolved and shopclues gives its phone no. and personally handles the matter on the phone at all times!Their cold facebook page is doing nothing but giving me pleasantaries and going on harrassing me with the indirect sales method. want the right size in my hand if they are telling me to call the vendor.Make him send the product I say whoever the vendor is, without the refund of boring cluesbucks on shopclues. It will save much energy and time and obtuse communications. My money's worth I should have got, since a few months!
