Happy Easy Go - Wrong Refund Given

I did a flight ticket using Happy Easy Go for Indigo on * December **** from Delhi to Varanasi. Due to some reason, I canceled the flight on the same day. the refund amount allotted was Rs **** from Indigo but Happy Easy Go refunded only Rs ***. On raising the concern at least ** times they understood that they have given the wrong refund. But it has been * months now but I have not received any money. I have made around ** calls to customer care but they always give me deadlines of * days. The service is really pathetic and I am fed up with calling this company. Worst company ever come across.
