Jabong.com - Wrong product sent by the company and now they're rejecting my refund

I've ordered boots from them and they'd sent me a different product which I didn't even order. On return- I stated a due reason that "wrong product" was sent to me. Their pickup guy came, checked the product and took it back. After ** days I see an e-mail saying "the product is different" and cannot be refunded . After multiple attempts of calling them- every time they lied that they'd called me up to explain but in reality no one did. They've refused to refund and this is absolute harassment caused to me. I've lost my money and product both.
