My firm "India Tools and Hardware" is registered with Meesho to sell the power tools online with Meesho "Fashnear Technologies Private Limited,

From past many days i am receiving wrong products and missing items in products return by customers. I have served the order as per the product listed on meesho but the customer/Couriers tie up with Meesho is doing fraud. They are not returning the right product and Meesho without verifying what should be return accept it and refund amount right away to customer. When i raised the complain with meesho with all require evidence as Meesho required.it right away rejected the claim. I need either my product or the proper compensation from Meesho
