I ordered * nightsuits worth ₹*** from Meesho. However, upon delivery, the package contained only * product instead of *. The packaging itself clearly mentioned that * items were inside, but in reality, only * was delivered. This shows clear mismanagement and cheating.
I immediately raised a return request and contacted Meesho customer care. They repeatedly asked me to wait for ** hours for a resolution, promising that my refund would be credited soon. I followed all their instructions and even provided every proof available, including photos and videos showing the discrepancy. Despite this, they kept delaying and finally, after * days of daily calls and mental stress, they suddenly claimed that due to their "fair usage policy," I would not receive any refund. They gave no valid explanation as to how this policy applies to my genuine case of missing products.
Throughout this period, Meesho’s customer support has been highly unprofessional and unhelpful. Every time I called, they gave vague assurances but never took any concrete action. The constant waiting, false promises, and refusal to resolve the issue has caused me severe mental stress, frustration, and financial loss.
This is not just poor service — it feels like deliberate cheating, since:
The package listed * items, but only * was inside.
They delayed resolution deliberately until the return window closed.
They refused the refund without any justification, despite clear evidence.
Meesho is showing patterns of unprofessionalism and fraudulent practices, leaving customers helpless after taking their money.
I request strict action against Meesho, immediate refund of my ₹***, and penalties for causing mental harassment and financial loss.
