Myntra On Line Shopping - wrong product received and even after approval pick up is not happening

I ordered a product United Colours Benetton navy regular joggers on ** dec ****. On *th January i received product but in place of jogger i received a shirt of same brand .As expected i immediately complained about this in Myntra customer care,and they noted all details like product no, barcode and forwarded my complained and tell me to wait for ** hours for investigation and approval which is necessary. I waited for time and after ** hours i received a message that your return has been approved and but when the pick up person came,he denied return and said that Product return is still showing the figure of jogger and you are returning shirt.If only MISPLACEMENT mail will come then i will be able to return the order .i again complained customer care and they told me to wait for * more days,sometimes they are saying that we had email misplacement message already and courier guy is misguiding and sometime they are saying it is not updated ,but the issue is not being resolved neither they are taking responsibility in any sense,also the shirt cannot be used by me as it is XL size.I request them to sent the courier person misplacement message as it is mentally harassing me.
