Myntra On Line Shopping - Replacement not accepted

Below is the email content which I shared with Myntra on which they denied to help


Team Myntra,

This is completely unfair to a regular customer like me

Believe me it's not the matter of **** rs but its insulting your customer like this

Just because you guys are saying that product was send in good condition...you want me to believe this...

As a consumer you also have to prove that product was not sent to me like this.

I have below points to put across..which I discussed while escalating this complaint with your supervisor called Nandini

*) I never noticed this fault at all...hence I requested a size small
*) Story would have been completely opposite if I would have noticed this and returned this product
*) Do you guys feel bad if your customer leaves you due to such petty issues
*) I was misinformed by the courier boy and then your customer service executive...they informed that they agree the product was delivered to you like this but to follow the process we have to escalate the issue to back office and it's just a formality...you will definitely get your product replaced....and as a good customer I just believed that information shared must be correct but now it's appearing I was wrong
*) I have enough proofs to show that product was delivered in the same condition....if I don't get enough support from you...I will put this across to consumer court


I will reiterate...this is not about money...this is about my trust which has been questioned after being customer for so long....n the stress which I have to go through with courier guy, guys over the phone and now on these emails..

All this is extremely frustrating....n will make sure if I don't get appropriate resolution then I will not let it go just like that...
