Jabong.com - Wrong product picked while exchange delivery and not returning the same

I have ordered a Roadster Grey Large size cardigan worth Rs ***, however have received an xl product. I have placed a request for exchange of size and the same was delivered on *th November ****.
While submitting the xl size, by mistakenly one of my family members handed over a Fame forever womens grey cardigan xl size worth Rs ****.
I have immediately brought this to their notice on the date. They failed to provide me delivery details and have not even lodged a complaint. When i enquired the next day, the executice at contact centre informed me that there is no such complaint raised and she took a complaint. The complaint got closed and jabong informed that they cannot return the wrong product since it was not purchased from jabong. Which means they have the product but they cannot return since it more worth than the actual one.
I have proivded all details but all are of no use as they are in-efficient in tracking a product once the product is out for delivery. They have no contact details of the delivery person. This could have been easily resolved but it seems jabong choosed to resolve this in consumer forum only.
