After paying in advance and placing order online, I didn't receive any email or sms with order details. That time I felt something was wrong with this website.
I searched online and found that many people have fraud claims against this website Wenzeye.
I asked them to cancel order immediately and refund my money. But they didn't reply on email.
Their phone number was NEVER switched on
They replied after a week on email and refused to cancel it saying it has been shipped already.
When I received the product, as I had expected, it was a different product. They must have intentionally sent a wrong very very cheap product.
This is not a mistake, they are deliberately cheating people online.
