I have ordered ** pack of mask and received different product than what it was shown in the website. As the product was non returnable I raised a concern on *th of July and the product I have received is on *th July. I am unable to find any solution for the concern I raised on myntra. I have made several calls to get a solution and every time they are asking me to wait **-** hours. It has been more than ** days since I am waiting and I again have to call them for update which ends up asking me to wait. I talked to the customer service executive Ms. Jaspreet and the service she was providing is pathetic. I called yesterday to check the status and they said they will find a solution within ** hours. When I didn't got any response I again called up today and they said I have to wait again for **-** hours. I am calling them every time and they are asking me to wait. Please find the product pictures attached and the product shown in the website. I request you to kindly have a look into the same and do the needful.
