I had ordered a sandy coloured geyser of racold company on **-**-**** through flipkart. But flipkart has delivered me a black coloured geyser on **.*.**. The sandy coloured geyser was costlier than black one by Rs.***/-. Despite me paying excess amount,they have delivered me a black geyser. I had dropped a message to flipkart on *.*.** asking for exchange of product since they have disabled the calling facility. Till now i haven't received any call/message from them. I am also unable to view the product i purchased in my orders column in flipkart and unable to cancel it. Kindly help me out for exchange or cancellation of the product.
