I have been trying to call customer care every day since **st June ****, for a wrong order.
I had ordered a Calvin Klein men be eau de toilette ***ml perfume for Rs. ****. I have instead received a wrong product, it is Sona blue well apparel spray ** ml.
The cardboard box has the following label details, Bar code - ************,
When you open the box there is just a bubble wrap and this sona well spray.
I have submitted all bar code and picture proof for the same but have not got any solution.
There is no acknowledgment email from their end that this will be sorted. it's under beauty section so i am unable to create a return request from the order history on the mobile app On using the myntra help centre call back option, ive requested a call back ** times, out of which i haven't been called * times but just received a msg saying your query has been solved/we tried calling you/ hope this is sorted. (attachment) but i haven't actually got those calls. the * times i got called i was told to submit picture proof and that the team will see.
I've been on hold calling call centres for *-* hours just to hear that with an intimation to wait for **-** hours, it's been * days, that is *** hours plus. In that duration I've made * phone calls myself (zero call back from you even after raising a complaint for call back), and written * emails, with just a false promise we will look into it, we have processed the complaint, you will get your refund if only the claim is correct.
Already * enquiry number is there but no action IN********************/IN*******************
I want my refund and return done of that wrong product.
