Jabong.com - Wrong Product Delivered

I received two wrong products from jabong.com.
*. Being Human Blue Washed Low Rise Slim Fit Jeans ( Order #***************). Delivered on ** Aug ****
*. U.S. Polo Assn. Navy Blue Textured Regular Fit Formal Shirt (Order #***************). Delivered on ** Aug ****
I put up two complaints, one for the jeans(Complaint Number: ********) & one for the shirt(Complaint Number: ********) on ** Aug ****.
And the customer executive assured me that my problem will be resolved within * business days, which has already passed. And now everytime I contact the customer care after waiting for several minutes they say the complaint dint revert back to them. So I need to wait until & unless they revert back.
