On **rd September package was delivered and it had wrong product. It contained a cheap knock off samsung earphones. Trying to contact the company and the seller but neither of them is responding to calls. Contacted customer care several times and they dont provide any kind of help.
I want to return the product and need my money refunded under buyer protection.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
