Mayank filed complaint against Myntra India on Sep 20, 2019
I ordered a gold ring of **K from myntra app and actually it was of tanishq by Mia.
When i received the product it is not the same product shown in the image.
When i called them for raising a complaint against the same, they filed it irrespective of the product still showing shipped in the Myntra App.
And now almost after *-* Days, their mail has arrived that sorry sir we will not be able to do anything in the case as the correct product was shipped from my end.
Then what do you think, the customers are a fool for complaining regarding this?
I have all the package with me as in the same condition i received.
It's so disgusting.
Kindly refund my amount, it's the matter of Rs.*****/-.
Everybody earns with there hardwork and doing "Mehnat".
