The product was too small. So I placed it in return, but the agent was too rude to take the return as according to him their was a stain in the shoes and it was non acceptable. He didn't took the return and put it on a hold. The stain which he was talking about was nothing but a minor dust which was removable and he didn't even tried to remove it. And now they are not accepting the return and not refunding my money
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
