I had ordered act * popcorn chips packet but had been delivered act * popcorn maker packets worth ** Upon telling the company to replace the product or to return the money to my bank account the company didn't responded properly and added the refund money as ShopClues balance
I told them I didn't had any intention to shop from this site again in the future but still they don't listen at all
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
