- Wrong product delivered and pathetic customer service Closed
I ordered a lehenga from the sister company of AEOH which is Craftsvilla on Instagram. The lehenga arrived within * days and on opening, I realised that I was delivered the wrong product. I called the concerned number and the woman asked me to WhatsApp her the image of the product and that she will resolve my issue in * minutes. Since then she blocked me so I could not make calls but only WhatsApp. She replied at a pace of maybe * messages per day wasting a lot of my time and giving me major anxiety. She sent me the number of her replacement manager and assured me that I would have an amazing experience. I was asked to ship the product back to their warehouse using my own money for a mistake they made. She asked me to Google Pay *** Rupees more as they had to ship my exchange product. I did that too. But since that time, she hasn’t been replying to my WhatsApp messages as well. This is such poor customer service and inefficiency where they are legit torturing the customer.
