I saw their page (ethinicize) on insta, ordered a lehenga for Rs ****, but the lenhega which they delivered 's completely different from the picture which I have seen on their page, so I demanded for an exchange and they asked me to resend the dress ND pay the extra cost of the exchanging outfit, after the payment they didn't respond me properly and using words like mad ND behaving like hell with the customers
