Refund
Placed an order on *th September using their buy one get one offer. Don't fall for this, because they charge you double the amount and call it an offer. Since we bought progressive lens for our parents it was very expensive. At first, One of the glasses was sent a frame which we did not choose. We called the store and asked them to send the correct one. This time alignment of lens was incorrect and my mother could not see properly. We had placed the order at their bangalore store and they made us send it to kerala to place another order. This continued for * months. When asked for a **% refund for all the inconvenience they told refund is not possible as per their policy.They had credited **** points as store credit which we thought was added a refund. We spoke to the supervisor Mr Amit Gupta and he confirmed that **** points can be redeemed later and told it can be used for our purchase next time. But previous day, the store in kerala placed an order again for the wrong product using this credit. Noone informed us that, they asked for an OTP and we gave that still thinking we got a refund of **** from the company's end. When we got the refund it was **** , that's when we knew that they are just trying to fool us. I called Mr Amit Gupta again who was very sarcastic and rude while speaking to me. I told him I would like to speak to someone senior , he told he would arrange a callback in * hours and I'm still waiting.
PS- Please be very careful when you order your glasses here, if they make a mistake they make you pay for it too.
