But instead they delivered heavenly mousse hazelnut flavour.

I had raised complaint in swiggy for wrong order for which they have replied that packaging is responsibility of restaurant u rate the restaurant in swiggy app. We are not responsible for this.
We cannot help you with this.

Being a portal on which people use swiggy portal to make payment. It should be responsible of swiggy to credit the amount to restaurant only is proper order is delivered or forward the images which we have shared with swiggy when raising a complaint and make arrangement for replacement or refund.
The should not deny their responsibility and tell us to rate the restaurant in swiggy app.
