Meesho aap - Wrong product delivered

I have ordered a white colour gawn from meesho app and on *th June I got the parcel through shadowfax courier. When I opened the parcel than instead of gawn I found some old and torn pieces of clothes. I immediately call customer care number and told her about the parcel she said me to drop a mail to meesho regarding the same. I mailed them and they asked me to send the photos than I send the photos. Than they told me that order id is mismatch and a person from meesho called me I told him its not my fault if order id is mismatch I received wrong product so you have to give me my money back. Than they again mail me that they will refund my money but it's more than ** days and neither I got my money back nor any response from meesho.
So now what to do.
