I ordered a combo of * pair of mens flip flop SOSU brand of which I received only * pair of flip flops that too from a different brand. Iam trying to return the product but every time I am being asked to wait or re initiate the return request. The pick up partner for Meesho is either xpressbees or shadowfax. Since **rd October **** they are changing the pick up partner. On xpressbees nodoby has came for pick up but from shadowfax when they are trying to reach me the pincode given by Meesho for my pick up location is wrong and iam unable to update it so pick up request getting cancelled on that basis. Kindly resolve my issue
