- Wrong Product deliver and Seller not ready to refund Open

I ordered “Redmi K** Pro (Glacier Blue, *** GB)” and “Flipkart SmartBuy Back Cover for Mi K**” with order no OD******************, on **th Aug and got the Product delivered to me on **st Aug. The Order delivered to me has this invoice no. FAB**B********** with the Handset and Back Cover. When I checked the Phone it was of *** GB and Not *** GB. I check the IMEI No of the Phone on the Invoice it was ************** and the same IMEI no was on the mobile phone that was delivered to me. I checked the IMEI no on the Redmi website https://www.mi.com/global/shield#imei_en to ensure that the Product IMEI no is correct and its configuration details. It showed that the IMEI no is that of “Redmi K** Pro *GB RAM ***GB ROM Glacier Blue”. So it was for sure that the Product itself that was send to me was not the correct one. I ordered Redmi K** Pro *GB RAM ***GB ROM Glacier Blue and the Seller send me “Redmi K** Pro *GB RAM ***GB ROM Glacier Blue”. Which itself mean the seller “Shreyash Retail Private Limited, New Era Warehousing, Near Rasayani, Vanivali, Maharashtra, India - ******, IN-MH” is selling wrong product and charging illegally for higher version.
I raised return request (******************** & ********************) on the **St Aug and both the Products was picked up from my home on **nd Aug. I got the refund done for the Mobile Case while I was waiting for the refund of Mobile phone. I got a mail from filpkart for my consent to raise an FIR with Request REQ************, as it was different product then then one that was ordered; to which I gave my consent. After couple of follow up with the customer care I got to knows that the return request was rejected by the seller. I followed up with flipkart several times and all the time the case that were raised for me were closed without intimating me and providing proper resolution. I checked with the delivery boy who picked the phone from my house and he told that they didn’t forwarded that Phone as there was no return request. He never called me and informed about this. I asked him to send that product to the seller and he confirmed that he will do, after weeks’ time I again got the return rejected mail from flipkart. I called and checked with the delivery boy and the supervisor and they confirm that it was not send due to no return request and the hub supervisor told that they would do this the next day itself. They never informed me by calling and telling it was not send unless I called them. Again after getting the refund rejected message I went to ware house and talked to supervisor and he said they can’t send the product to the seller without the return request. I called the customer care from there and customer care person talked to the hub supervisor and they confirmed that new return request will be generated and the product will be shipped to seller. I didn’t pick the phone and it was in the hub. Now they are telling they can’t refund my money.

All these Incident have one common thing that is “As per our conversation your issue is resolved.” This shows how unprofessional is the Customer care of flipkart. They keep on giving you date after date and then resolve the issue without providing the proper resolution. There is no one to take the responsibility of the product that is sold to me and when I call the Customer care they will raise new Incident and will give me next timeline. I am really frustrated with the issue and have raised issue with Consumer forum and need you support to forward this post to all possible groups to show how Flipkart is passing on the buck. I am uploading the images of the invoice and also the order that was placed to show how they cheat by sending the incorrect product. You can check the IMEI no and get to know that the Phone itself was wrong, but this small thing is not understood by flipkart and the seller “Shreyash Retail Private Limited, New Era Warehousing, Near Rasayani, Vanivali, Maharashtra, India - ******, IN-MH”. I would request that you better avoid buying any product from this seller as there have been previous Incident of FAKE ITEM being sold by him.

In fact I would urge you to avoid buying from Flipkart and better switch to Amazon. So that you don’t go through the mental frustration that I have being part of in the last three week.
