Techify filed complaint against Meesho app on Feb 24, 2022
I have received a wrong product in return the actual product was HW** smartwatch but the meesho customer had scammed me my sending * broken plastic watches in return and the meesho support team rejected my claim even after sending them the supporting evidence of the incident. Below is the reply I got from meesho support team.
(Based on past data, we have observed that the ratio of claims raised by you against your returns has been significantly higher than our overall platform levels. Due to this, we would not be able to process the claim against this order.)

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
