Suddenly out of the blue my account is showing user verification failed without any reason on **th August. I can't access my app, I haven't done any returns as of now, I placed a prepaid order and I don't what will happen of that. The customer helpline isn't helping and not even showing which policy has been violated.
All of my orders are cancelled and I am not sure what will happen to my prepaid order.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
