- Wrong plan sold by sales executive Open
My Hathway Internet A/c. No. is **********. I had taken a new connection on **-Sep-****. I was looking for *-* months of the plan. One of Hathaway sales executive came to my residence and sold me plan for * months of Rs ****. I took that plan and paid the amount online.
After *-* weeks I received messages that my account is due with Rs ***. I called to customer care and raised the concern about wrong billing on **-Oct-**** (********M******) but that ticket closed automatically without any resolution. I called again to customer care and raised concerned again, they raised another ticket on **-Oct-**** (********W******) which are not yet resolved. I called multiple time to customer care but every time got the answer that it will get resolved in the next ** hrs, not sure after *-* days also why they need another ** hrs.
Many times I told to transfer the call to senior level or upper-level escalation level but no response. Just because of that I went to Hathway Head Office in Hyderabad and raised my concern. There I came to know a new story that my plan which I had taken was not for * months, it was of one month and there is no two months plan. I asked to talk to the manager but he was not available in the office so asked to call that executive in head office who sold me that plan. When that executive came he was also saying that he sold me a *-month plan which is absolutely false.
He sold me that plan by stating for * months and now changing the words. In such scenario feeling like got cheated by a sales executive. There had only pamphlets. Executive explain about the plan verbally. When I asked how can get plan details then he said everything you will get in your email once account will get activated.
I sent no. of emails but no response. After a few months, they started calling & threatening me to surrender the router otherwise I will have to face legal suits. Attaching the pamphlets what they had given at that time. Please look into the issue and do the needful.
