Hi. I ordered a phone called Spiria xr notch from Phonekart.in and they sent me Spiria s* phone instead. I'm not happy with this. I tried calling back on the number they called me from but it gets disconnected after * rings.I tried calling the number mentioned on the parcel but it says number does not exist. They have not mentioned any number on their website nor is there is any address mentioned. I want my money back and I'm not happy about this fraud. When I made payment online theydirected me to payu money.
