I ordered phone in this website through credit card for Rs.****. Later i come to know its a fake website, i tried to cancel the order but no option to communicate with them. Next day i received a call from them to confirm the address to dispatch, then i told them to cancel the order but they din't and send one dummy phone and used charger. how do i get my money back? please help me and take action aganist who is behind the website. The following are the ordered details;
