- Wrong package delivered Refund Replacement Dispute Open
Dailyknots has delivered a wrong package after disputing for one month. Post receipt, after lodging a complaint, they are unable to provide replacement nor refund. They are saying they would provide reward points instead of refunds which can be utilized with next purchase. I do not want to purchase, I want actual product ordered or refund. I have exchanged more than ** emails with dailyknots team representative: Ms.Damini Das. Their number mentioned on website: ********** does not work to call them and lodge a complaint. Please help in resolving the issue. It is not matter of *** or ****, but how many people would have been affected by such shoudy services? Need to take action against them.
