Mini Bali filed complaint against dailyknots com on Jul 17, 2020
I ordered a combo set of party wear dresses from dailyknots.com. I clearly mentioned in the order that ‘S’ size is needed. But they deliberately delivered ‘XL’ and ‘L’ size kurtis and that too completely different. Even the invoice which is pasted on the courier packet says that it contains’S’ size kurtis. Also, the product codes mentioned on the courier packet is different from the codes mentioned on the kurtis.
Receiving this when I tried contacting them, there customer care number ( only * number) is always busy. I tried getting through to them via mails but they have only * standard reply that u have to send the return parcel to us and once we will receive the product, certain amount will be deducted for the initial courier charges and the left over will be added to your dailyknots a/c wallet. Even after several exchange of mails, they have this standard reply. Now it is very difficult for me to trust such a company. Need Help!!!
